We recommend quitting smoking 4 weeks before the surgery and not smoking for at least 4-8 weeks afterwards.
It is accepted that prosthetic surgery will not interfere with breastfeeding. However, there may be patients who lose their ability to breastfeed after surgery
There will be a horizontal scar, approximately 3-5 cm long, hidden under the breast’s natural fold.. While its color and shape are more pronounced in the first 6 months, its color will be equal to the skin color towards the end of 1 year, but it will not disappear. During this time, we recommend scar removal creams. Surgical scars may vary depending on the person’s genetic factors (keloid predisposition, skin color), habits (smoking) and chronic diseases (diabetes).
