Fat cells injected into the buttock maintain their adipose/fat tissue behavior. If you lose or gain weight, it will change in harmony with the rest of your body.
In slim patients, fat reserves are less and can be difficult to obtain large volumes. Double stage BBL operations can be recommended for patients who want a large volume butt. However we are able to achieve desired results for most patients by single stage operation
